The property was welcoming to pets. It was easy to get to, and park. Loved how walkable everything was. Really loved having access to a large gym, pool and hot tub. Perfectly located by Stanley Park and in a quaint neighborhood this hotel offers it all. Yes, it’s a bit older but it’s well maintained and worth the money.

Upon arrival, we were stuck in the parkade for over 10 minutes due to an elevator being down, for which there was no signage to inform us of this closure. In general quieter than the city side of the harbour but excellent facilities, restaurants, markets, entertainment, and easy access to Grouse Mountain and Capilano. A lovely part of the city with an excellent and frequent Sea Bus Service.
Pleasant area and harbour looking over to downtown Vancouver
Public transport really good and cheap. Get a Compass card (similar to London's Oyster). If you have young or old there is a concession version with significant savings. Plenty of OK popular restaurants. The city is very inviting and relaxed.

A really nice market, great pubs and restaurants, a nice feel. Super easy to get the ferry across to downtown as you needed.
