"Cosy/homely and very clean place but not modern. A countryside feel. The first day we could not see Mt Fuji but we were lucky that we had non-cloudy clear days subsequently. Con: It was tiring dragging luggage for 15min to the hotel and google maps helped. There is no path so you share with cars. "What can I say other than amazing. The room was very clean and essentials were plentiful. The location is ideal if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city scene. Main tourist attractions are within a nice walking distance, but public transport is not as accessible. "It was at a very quiet and peaceful area. Owner was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. They had a little garden at the back yard which was a fun surprise. It was clean enough considering it’s not a hotel. I had no complaint about this place and would definitely recommend it to my friends and loved ones. As a side note, If you are not an experience driver, it could be a challenge to get there since it was not close to the main road. "

"Chalet Burlap Furanui is an excellent option if visiting Furano for a ski trip (after three visits to Furano previously, this has been the favourite accommodation wrt value for money). Our room was very spacious with an ensuite, the onsite onsen is a massive bonus, and the breakfast is great! Short walk to the ski hill, and the service from everyone working there was excellent. Highly recommend."

"這次入住挺驚艷的，唯一可惜的是車站接送服務已經取消了，不過我一個人入住含早晚餐，還有溫泉，房內有廁所，榻榻米房，大概25K我覺得很滿意，這家旅館四間私人湯屋都不錯，尤其戶外兩個，餐食也不錯。離車站走路大概十分鐘，還可以接受，不然叫計程車也可以~旅館有四台免費腳踏車可以使用。非常感謝！"

this hotel is degrading
"when I arrived for check in at 2pm, they said, my room was not ready yet and I was asked to wait at the hospitality lounge. They promised they will call when room ready. At almost 3pm, I went down to receptionist to check the room, but they said I have no reservation, and later said that my room has not yet ready, and they tried to find other room for me. For this I could not understand. If they already have rooms ready, why not assign such ready room to me, instead of having me waiting for 1 hour to be told that my reservation was gone. When check out, only one PIC was in charge in the counter and she was just rude."
