"Rooms are amazing - staff friendly - a couple of things which were odd - we could not pre book the shuttle as the phone on the web site is not a valid number - the club lounge is a dark room with no windows - a shame when across the corridor you have a massive living room/ hall with such an amazing view - no room service and could not take anything from the lounge to the room or sitting area with a view . "숙박시설이 노후했다는 후기를 보고 예약하긴했는데 일본전통집에서 숙박하는 것 같아 너무 좋았고 청결해서 시설노후는 별로 눈에 보이지않았습니다. 조식서비스도 일본가정식으로 평소 맛볼수없는거라 색다른 경험이었고 온천물도 너무 좋았지만 야외온천은 없고 여탕은 좁아서 약간? 실망 아닌 실망이었지만 그나마 평일이라 다른 분들이 없어서 딸과 둘만 온천을 즐겨네요~ 가성비 최고 료칸이었습니다. 기회가 된다면 다음에도 가고싶네요."

this hotel is degrading
"when I arrived for check in at 2pm, they said, my room was not ready yet and I was asked to wait at the hospitality lounge. They promised they will call when room ready. At almost 3pm, I went down to receptionist to check the room, but they said I have no reservation, and later said that my room has not yet ready, and they tried to find other room for me. For this I could not understand. If they already have rooms ready, why not assign such ready room to me, instead of having me waiting for 1 hour to be told that my reservation was gone. When check out, only one PIC was in charge in the counter and she was just rude."
