"This is a nice hotel in a great location but I wouldn’t give it five stars. The rooms are quite dated. The staff were super helpful and lovely."

"Overall I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It’s got that old charm with modern touch. My next door guest room played music very loud all night until 3am. I guess sound proof wall wasn’t thick enough well, other than that it’s very nice place and strongly recommend to anybody visiting London Mayfair area."

"Wonderful hotel. Great location for Trafalgar Square, Soho, Chinatown, theatre area, galleries etc. Such friendly, welcoming staff. Great room - spacious and very clean. Excellent facilities. Next time we visit London we will return!"
