I stayed in this hotel for the week, and it was my first time in London, and I was also celebrating my birthday. Even though the hotel was not able to accommodate or upgrade my room, they surprised me with a sweet gift of a bottle of wine and sweets in my room with a Happy Birthday sign. I arrived early, and they were able to keep my luggage on hold while I roamed around the centre of London, and even after I departed, they kept an eye on my suitcase. The restaurant downstairs is really nice, and a pizza place is next door. The services and the club members' lounge were great, with a coffee machine that could make lattes and Starbucks-like drinks. The room was great for a solo or a couple; the washrooms are small, but it's perfect for those who are out all day in town and only come to their room to settle for the night or take a break from walking. Perfect for all parts of central London and close to two tube stations. Room service was great, daily cleaning, and they have a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. Overall, I will be staying here again the next time I come to London.
