"Lady at check in was rude basically said I was lying about no shuttle not coming to pick us up. Ended up taking 2 taxis for all of us"

"My check in was literally less than a minute, every area of the whole hotel, lobby, lobby bar, pool area , room and all other parts of the facility are super clean. All staff are always working doing their jobs. Shout out to Baron at the bar amazing and gracious host. I will definitely be back. Thanks to all staff that made my stay amazing."

"the hotel was super clean and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The front desk customer service was great. The breakfast was excellent and plenty to choose from. There was also a great selection of fresh fruit, different cereals, muffins, eggs, bacon, potatoes and waffles. I have no complaints and will book again when in Miami. "
