"The checkin process was a mess. Once that was handled we went to the room on the 2nd floor with no elevator and our luggage and ice chest, that was fun! Room was decent and newly renovated. Bathroom looked nice but little things, use quality toilet paper instead of making the mirror change colors. Buy quality beds instead of the mirror having a defogger in a separate room. The beds are horrendous. I finally got 3 hrs sleep by sleeping across the bed at the foot of the bed. I mentioned this and...

"This place is so cute!!! They have wonderful amenities. I can’t say enough good things about it. I highly recommend staying here! Clean, stylish rooms. Friendly staff. Plenty to do on the property but also close enough to downtown. I hope someday I can make it back. "

"Not enough parking spaces when the hotel is full. You have to look for a free place and hope that there is one. Actually it says no pets allowed in the hotel, except service animals. I guess all 6 dogs during my stay were like that? Room service could be better. No coffee was refilled and body lotion was also forgotten. But at least the reception could help here.
