"Would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t soo hard to navigate the resort SOOOO beautiful the amenities were so convenient for me and my 6yrs old. The room were massive bathrooms living room FULL kitchen with everything you can think of! I wish we had more time. Just pls get more signage first day we spent 15minutes trying to find our room walking through the massive resort. Good scenery but after a long day we just wanted to relax. All in All experience 9/10. The water park was phenomenal for a 6....

"We received from the bellboy the wrong information about the shuttle time and the logistic on how to get to our terminal. We had to wait almos 45 minutes for a shuttle. Nobody helped us with our luggage. Also he told us that someone was going to call us early to wake us up but nobody did it. Our flight was very early. Please make sure all the employees have the right information for guests. Thanks "

"From the time we arrived until we left, the entire staff was amazing. Everyone was super friendly. The hotel, room, and amenities were very clean. 10/10, would definitely stay again. The only downside is that after check in, be prepared to get the vacation club sales pitch before you receive your parking pass but they were also very friendly!"

"Loved the various and quick ways to get to each of the parks. No vehicle needed. Hotel has everything you need at it including onsite activities and laundry which was helpful for days where it rained. Staff very friendly and accommodating. "

They don’t say anything until you order your food. Better off driving to Dunkin. Better service and my opinion food options and price "

"Loved how pet friendly the property and staff were! Great location, very clean, and overall family friendly. Be cautious of the added items. We paid for free parking and 3PM checkout, however the late check out was non-existent. The $45 per day resort fee does not include parking or Wifi. Pay close attention to outlet hours. Pool closed by 5PM, and certain employees were very nasty to enforce the hours."

"I enjoyed staying here! It’s the little things like having a mini fridge microwave/safe. On top of the fact that aside from the pool, it had outdoor activities for guests and family. When I visited, there was an event to meet others and made new friends. The staff is friendly and helpful - this place also has a laundry for guests, which uses coins ($3.00 for washer/dryer.) Don’t get me started on how I called front desk at night when I couldn’t get the TV started at midnight. I’m not the most...
