"Location was absolutely awesome. Was concerned about not being able to pull up a car to this place, but it's truly not an issue. Hotel is relatively new and the staff is simply wonderful. We were supposed to return to Lisbon and stay at a different luxury hotel, but switched to this one due to this stay. Only knock would be that the room size was a bit small as their larger ones were sold out at the time (I did get what I booked)."

"The Pestana Rua Augusta treated us so wonderfully on our 2-night stay during our honeymoon. Upgraded room, congratulatory champagne and chocolate covered strawberries—we were so happy! This location is centrally located and walkable to most spots in the city. For those spots outside of the neighborhood, it is easy to access both the Metro, buses, and trams. We would not hesitate to stay here the next time we visit Lisbon. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful."
