"Requested the Tower…was given a villa….even though Gold Hotels status and Hilton Honors member, then asked for a quiet room and was placed in a courtyard where people seemed to converge…nice feature was the front desk did reach out via text, but they did take their time responding…my husband did take a shower and the water did not drain, via text they were able to find us a room in the tower, again this was a plus bc the Bellman arrived and took our luggage and showed us to our room….nice room,...

"Good location, very close to universal studio. They offer free cookies during our stay and they provide free shuttle to the universal. Front desk is quick with their services. Very business-like with many conferences."

"This property is very convenient, the boardwalk is walking distance. The water taxi takes you to Hollywood studios and Epcot. You can see the fireworks. There are smores and movies at the beach and there are 5 pools. Very nice disney magical stay. "

"This was a beautiful property with lots of amenities! The staff was friendly and attentive. We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo which was modern and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to prepare your own food. The bed was comfy and the shower in the main was spacious.We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back!"

"This was my third time staying. They are now an official Disney property resort and you can do early entry to parks!! Only downside is the transportation to the parks. You have to make a reservation and they run every hour. We did Uber most of the time to the parks. Staff was super nice!! "
