"Room was spacious, clean and well appointed. I had requested for twin beds but got a king bed, it's not a big issue but I wasn't informed. Front desk also did not inform us at check-in about free shuttle service to nearby malls. Only found out during check-out when I overheard them informing another guest."

"Although our room wasn't facing the Twin Tower of KL but we were on highfloor. Able to see the lanscape of KL. Room was spacious and love that there is a bathtub. The swimming pool area is a nice spot too at level 33. Overlooking the Twin Tower. The day we went swimming, it was raining however we were able to swim due to it being indoor Will come back again"

"I stayed for 6 nights at Park Royal, the suite was very comfortable and the hotel was clean and in a very good location for anyone wanting to stay in the Bukit Bintang area.
