"This hotel was a great find! Recommended by a friend and it was perfect for our needs. Worked with staff to book tours and they were very accomendating! The staff (Huong) was amazingly friendly and helpful. We booked our tours throught the hotel (Ms. Jennie) and it could not have been easier. The tours were well organized and friendly as well, which shows well for the hotel-I am so glad they use good tour groups. Breakfast was really good! Wonderful Stay!"

"My sister and I enjoyed our stay here as it was very well located in the old quarter of Hanoi. On weekends, the street the hotel is located on gets blocked off to turn into the walkable night market. The staff is extremely kind and helpful; upon check in, they give you a paper with tips on the city and recommendations for restaurants and shops.
