"Had a really lovely stay with my sister for just one night. The only that could have made the stay better was at breakfast my sister asked for a veggie sausage, staff were keen to get this for her but nobody explained how long it would take, she waited at the server for nearly 10min before someone asked what she was waiting for and they said they would bring the veggie sausage to our table. "We loved the hotel, the room was lovely, the beds were so comfy, the Dyson hairdryers,comimentary chocolates and bath room toiletries were really first class. Unfortunately the a/c in our room wasn’t working so it was very hot but the staff were very helpful and although couldn’t fix it they compensated us very generously Great location, lovely bar, garden and breakfast. We will be back ☺️"

"Rooms were very small but adequate. The bed is a small double and mattress lumpy so really felt like we were gonna fall out the bed. I wouldn’t stay in that type of room again for that reason. Also I booked 2 rooms in same booking with Expedia but the hotel put us in different blocks. They were able to move us together after some discussion and showing evidence of one booking for 2 rooms. So in this scenario they require that you email ahead to the hotel and link your booking! "

"The hotel was amazing, the room was a very good standard. The only let down was not being able to have dinner at the hotel. Only 2 out of the 3 Restaurants were open and it waa May Bank Holiday weekend. This meant going out to a local pub for dinner which is not what we wanted."

"Very modern and clean hotel,with friendly staff. Room was quite quirky with a glass door leading to WC and shower, which had window in. Very large TV with a good range of HD channels. Parking was cheap with free electric charging points. The only letdown was the breakfast, the hot food was not hot enough and plates were cold, along with the quality was not good. If we stopped there again would have room only and get breakfast from onsite Starbucks or ASDA, Maccies next door. "
