"First of all, all of the staff who we commuincated with were very nice, and their level of Japanese made us feel safe and comfortable. Everything was smooth. "明洞の中心地まで歩いて10分ほどで行けるし、最寄のウルチロサムガ駅は2号線と3号線が乗り入れているので、東大門や聖水、狎鴎亭、安国など人気エリアに行きやすく便利だった。 ホテルの部屋はちょっと古さを感じるが、掃除が綺麗に行き届いていて清潔。毎日水が追加されていたし、冷水機もあってサービスも良い。シャワーの水圧が弱いのが残念。トイレはトイレットペーパーが流せたので良かった。 その日のシフトによって日本語話せるスタッフが居ない場合もあるが、身振り手振りと簡単な英語の会話で何とかなる。"

"I had a wonderful stay at the Shilla hotel!
