"The property, in our opinion, is not a true 5 star by international standards. Buffet is outstanding for selection and quality. It would rank 2nd in all our travels. Service was acceptable but not exceptional like Mandarin Oriemtal properties. Concierge and car park staff are indifferent. Finding a taxi is difficult. The constant delays in both of our stays here in the driveway caused by delegations, security and motorcades is nuisance. Why should paying customers be expected to wait 20-30...

"床和被鋪很舒服，睡得很香甜。房間整潔，但枕頭套有破洞，感覺有點殘舊，建議換掉新的。酒店距離明洞站有些距離，步行大概6至8分鐘。但優點是附近環境寧靜，遠離鬧市區。比較能夠休息。周邊也有一些小食肆和咖啡店，要是夜晚肚餓的，還是可以找東西吃。"
