" Well the experience started off great with early check-in but upon arriving in our room from North Carolina there was a cup of orange juice in the bathroom. I immediately called the front desk. I would later discover the light didnt come when i went to relieve myself;prompting another call to the front desk. I soon discovered after brushing my teeth the drain was clogged prompting another call. This was my 23yr old daughters first time in Vegas and specially chose this hotel but ended up...

"The entire self parking garage became full and i spent an hour stuck trying to get out of their parking garage. I almost missed a concert I had tickets to. They comped the stay by upgrading us to a suite. Room was beautiful and clean. Just be aware that the self parking garage is terrible."
