"It was a very nice experience for me and a husband to spend two nights there. The hotel located silently on the peak. "We arrived to Hyatt regency hakone and were immediately escorted in and were told they were waiting for us. From that moment on, it was nothing but first class treatment from the entire staff. It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles. "Stayed here with two school-age children. We chose to stay in a traditional room with kaiseki dining. Both kids are very good eaters but even for the adults some of the food was very new. Be sure to take advantage of the massage that is offered (additional $) but it had me snoring and in a very relaxed state of mind. The Kaiseki dinner was flawless too.
