"Location was perfect. TV was not working so I had to watch them install new tv for about an hour. Interesting they don’t have ice machines because there are ice buckets in the room? We asked for ice to be delivered on our way out to dinner but it never arrived. Had never seen a front and back lobby/registration before. Was a little confusing. Front desk staff professional. Bellman who met us at the garage was very nice and helpful. "

"This hotel is well located near the national mall and a quick 10 min walk to the wharf that’s home to multiple restaurants. Any taxi ride required was never more than $10-15. Mr Ali was quick with the door and always there to answer any questions and offer any service. The morning coffee in the lobby was the only negative. It was just never hot enough! "

"System crashed had to attempt to check in three different times. Was finally able to check in around 8 PM. Also had couple lightbulbs that were out in my room. But overall, the state was very nice and the Staff was very friendly. "
