"Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. "

"Beautiful view, clean and updated hotel. Our unit was right in front of the pool and sometime there were loud noises early morning or late night. The hotel management needs to do a better job enforcing quiet hours so guests nearby pool area can enjoy serenity. We woke up one morning at 6 in morning by a patron splashing in the swimming pool and when I informed the security guard, he did nothing to prevent the loud disturbance. "

"Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. "I would have given 5 stars but office manager wasn’t always accessible. The water would also go in and out at random times so we didn’t have water for showers. I did like that the beach was private and it’s a one minute walk. It was very quiet and secluded in comparison to the resorts. Very clean as well and we had our own pool.
