"Parkgate Hotel is a lovely, clean hotel. Staff are really friendly. Food is amazing. Hotel room is far better than expected from photos. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Hotel is 5 mins from station / bars & restaurants and shops. Will definitely be going back !!!"

"Our hotel stay was exceptional and very good. The only problem we had was the aircon didnt work. The hotel offerd to change rooms if we wanted but also gave us a complimentary breakfast for two nights. This was a bonus. Would stay here again. The hotel is very central near shops restaurants and cardiff queen st train station."

" No kettle in room or water in fridge. A kettle was delivered eventually. The pool area was looking like it needed updating, quite shabby, fixtures & fittings. The hair bobble on the key for the padlock, for the lockers, was not the best look, for a Hilton hotel. Room was very basic for the money. Staff were friendly & polite. "

"Lovely large room in the townhouse. It was set up for disabled. Fab breakfast both hot and cold. There was a choice to order on hot menu. Huge bed and very comfy. I would go here again as in walking distance to town "
