"The grounds were immaculate and I constantly saw staff working in these spaces to ensure the upkeep. Very quiet and safe space. Staff were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. My fridge had stopped working on my arrival date. I had set myself a note to check at reception next I left the hotel, before I could do this the staff called my room to check on my check-in experience. I advised re. Fridge and within 10 minutes a technician was there to check it was broken and then 10 minutes after that two staff replaced the fridge. Lovely dinner menu and great choices. "

"Large modern and well maintained resort with two big swimming pools, two restaurants, and lobby bar with great oceans views. The breakfast buffet had a huge range of continental and other cuisine options and also catered to many dietary retirements. All staff were very friendly and helpful with actuvuty suggestions and assistance. My room was clean and spacious room and had a large bathroom with a bath. The 24-hour fitness centre was well maintained and had a decent range of equipment, including dumbbells up to 30kg, benches, adjustable cables, and plenty of cardio equipment. I would stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to others. "

"The service was excellent, efficient and friendly, and the room was well appointed and well supplied, as always. Unfortunately the food facilities were not up to par. There is a Japanese restaurant that we did not try, and an Indian restaurant, Ganesha, that was very good, but the Waterfall restaurant, while serving a superb breakfast buffet, allegedly provides international food for lunch and dinner, but there is no such thing, nothing international, it offers only a very limited Indonesian food menu, a la carte and buffet. Not even a simple spaghetti, steak or hamburger! There was an Italian restaurant before, but no longer. We love the Ayodya, have stayed there many times and intend to return, but the food choices desperately need improvement."
