"The location and property were wonderful. Our check in was smooth and easy. We just had a problem when the cleaning staff cleaned the bathroom they took and threw out our shampoo, soap, toothpaste, and one of my retainers for my teeth. I had them laid out on a flat towel with my toothbrush. Non of the containers were empty so I am not sure why they took them. The 2 toothpaste tubes were brand new. I told management and they apologized but I was not reimbursed for the retainer I had to buy when...

"We had super great experience staying here. Reception lady I don’t know how to spell her name. She is really nice friendly and gave us information where to go and history about the city and the hotel. Very useful and interesting. If you need anything she’s there to help. "Check in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. It is located near the sites, which are within a 5-15 minute walk. The room was spacious, clean, and modern. We were also provided drinking water (uncommon in Europe) and the room had a Nespresso machine. Check out was seamless and were allowed to store our bags when we spent a last afternoon in Florence. "
