"Perfect location with in walking distance of the old quarter. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we did not hear any noise from outside, on the first night we slept for 12 hours! Breakfast is great. But the most memorable was the staff of the hotel. The most loving people who would do anything to help you and make you feel welcomed. Jennie went above and beyond for us with tips and searching for the best tours."

"Been to HCM many times and stayed at different locations. This is located at a good place. But had a terrible experience in this hotel. On the 2nd last day and the cleaning lady took some cash from my personal bag while I was out for lunch. She even had the audacity to swap a broken note (which was unusable) with a good one from my bag. I would avoid this hotel in the future."
