Spend a night there then the next day had to go for my halong bay trip for 2 nights (booked with Jennie via email), asked Anna if i can keep my suitcase in the hotel. Without any hesitation he welcomed my favour and told me I don't have to worry about anything. Next day upon check out my lovely Anna gave me some extra mineral water without any charges. "Hotel was very clean and staff quite friendly and helpful. Room size was adequate, bathroom pretty small, no dressers so suitcases took up some floor space. Breakfast nothing special, but passable, and they’ll make you an omelette. Location is good, near shopping, ATMs, Circle K, massage parlors, many dining options and great smoothies! They’ll arrange airport transfers for you, and several tour options."
