Spend a night there then the next day had to go for my halong bay trip for 2 nights (booked with Jennie via email), asked Anna if i can keep my suitcase in the hotel. "Staff are amazing and friendly very helpful. Location of the hotel is great within a 5 minutes walk from all the important destinations and some great food spots. WiFi is very temperamental so doing work was difficult. And the walls are quite thin so if someone is noisy you can hear it clearly "
