"We had a lovely one-night stay, wishing we could have stayed longer. Everyone was kind and competent. Good food in the morning. It’s right on the Grassmarket square, where there are a lot of restaurants and activities, and a short hike to the Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. Our balcony view of the Castle was breathtaking. All in all, a great place to stay."

"I booked because I had an early flight and in contrast with other hotels around this one has an indoor pool, however, the pool was full of children in a class so not a lot of chance to relaxed quietly there.
