"This was our first time staying at Courtyard by Marriott and we will definitely be back! Everything was amazing - our room, pools, food, staff. We have nothing to fault at all. The pools were amazing with plenty of sunloungers every day. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. A massive amount of options to please everyone. The staff were so friendly, polite and always eager to please. Thank you for an amazing stay."

"Great family hotel on a private beach of Nusa dua. In the main big pool lots of families w kids. If you want to escape from noise go to the beach or 2 small private pools that they have. The hotel has a great beach chairs in a shade and the beach is almost empty! They clean seaweed on the beach and take care of the property well! Be aware of ebb and flow of the ocean, it happened a lot during our stay in early October. Great location to walk to the street restaurants (about 20-30 mins if you are adventurous) and about 10 mins to Bali collection - a Streep with restaurants and shops. Be aware this area is overpriced for tourists, nothing like Ubud or other parts of Bali. It was great for 6 days at the beach and then we moved to Ubud, so we experienced both. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at The Ritz Carlton in Nusa Dua which is where we went to kick off our honeymoon. The property is stunning, right from when you walk into the main lobby with a gorgeous view overlooking the Indian Ocean, to the tropical village feel as you're walking around and the gorgeous rooms, where we had access to a pool lagoon right from our room, it really is a very luxurious experience. The staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel so special on our honeymoon, from decorating the room to sharing special treats with us when we dined, we really felt spoilt. In particular we'd like to call out the immensely friendly staff at The Lounge who made every single evening we spent there special, with their friendly nature and lovely customized dessert plates and also the lovely Yenni who welcomed us and who always took the extra time to come and talk to us, attend to our needs and make us feel special with some gifts for our trip, she put a huge smile on our face! A hotel's venue and amenities matter of course, but it's always the people that make the place and this was very true for our experience at The Ritz Carlton. We can't wait to come back! "
