"Building and rooms a little tired. No air conditioning and when asked receiption about the loud banging noise in the air circulation unit was just told to turn it off! Room didn’t have the water that should have been provided as part of the room, however when questioned this was provided without question. Cleaner never came but again reception sorted for us.
