"We had a wonderful stay at Swissôtel The Bosphorus. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless—some of the cleanest we’ve experienced—and very comfortable. The housekeeping team truly does an outstanding job. The spa was absolutely amazing—relaxing, well-maintained, and a perfect place to unwind. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience. "While my recent stay featured some highlights, there were several issues regarding room comfort that I believe warrant attention. Upon arrival, I noted the bedsheets were damaged. Additionally, the mattress was uneven, which significantly impacted my sleep quality. I appreciate the staff's responsiveness; a team member arrived promptly to flip the mattress as a temporary solution. While I value the quick effort, the underlying comfort issue remained. The air conditioning unit was underperforming, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. ​ On a very positive note, the breakfast was excellent and easily the highlight of the stay. ​The service and food were impressive, but improvements to the bedding and HVAC systems would greatly enhance the guest experience."
