"Staff were most helpful especially since they allowed us to leave 2 suitcases with them while we visited Cappadocia for 2 nights. And on return to Istanbul we checked in at 01:00 am due to stormy weather causing flight delays. Located in front of Blue Mosque so can be a bit loud during calls to prayer. But plenty of retaurants and souvenir shops nearby. 15 minutes walk to Grand Bazaar. The room was OK for the rate but cleanliness could be improved. Water leaked out through the shower stall door....

"Really friendly staff. Let us check in early which we so appreciated as we had arrived from Australia and were so tired! Very large room, plenty of space for everyone. The bathroom was large only downside was shower was a bit mouldy. Otherwise the apartment was super clean."

"We have stayed iat Lady Diana a few times already. Rooms are very clean and housekeepers do a good job. However the rooms are small which I think is normal for a historic places like Sultanahmet. Reception was great. Special thanks to Jafer the front desk manger who always treated us very warmly and with respect. The afternoon concierge person however seems to be unhappy with what he does. He is always cold, impatient and not helpful with his short answers to questions . Breakfast is good and...

"Brilliant location, easy walking distance to everything in the old town. Room was small but with a juliet balcony, fridge and aircon was ideal. Beautiful buffet breakfast included in the room price."
