"We had such a great experience at The Ritus. The staff were truly amazing from the moment we arrived. Our taxi driver tried to overcharge us by 700 lira, but the hotel team immediately stepped in, greeted us right at the car, and brought us inside safely and kindly. We were welcomed with treats and a delicious coffee chosen by the Ritual, which was such a nice touch after traveling. Accommodation I was everything required and was qyiet even though it’s a busy location with lots of good bars and restaurants to choose from. Location is fantastic for all the big tourist sites, no more than 15 minutes even for pier for Bosporus cruises or the Topkapi palace. Would be my first choice when I return to Istanbul."
