"Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. "Don’t be put off by the outside. The B&B is on the 4th floor, Suite 9. Once you enter it is very clean and comfy. The young lady, Beatrice, who came to clean and assist visitors could not have been more helpful or pleasant! This is a diamond in the rough. A good deal."
