"Das Zimmer war kompellt neu saniert, groß und ruhig mit einem tollen Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Der zusätzlich gebuchte Parkplatz war ca. 3 Häuser weiter. Er war durch ein elektrisch zu öffnendes Tor absolut sicher. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Nachteil für Personen mit Gebehinderung: Um den Aufzug und die Rezeption zu erreichen müssen einige Stufen überwunden werden. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle liegt praktisch vor der Türe."

"Le seul positif, est l'accueil de la réceptionniste extrêmement gentille. On nous a remis des clés d'une chambre qui n'était pas faite. On nous a changé pour une 2e ou la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Le coffre était bloqué, et la fenêtre donnait directement sur un mur que l'on pouvait pratiquement toucher... On nous a donné un 3e chambre ou un mur était moisi. Comme nous avions réglé nous avons été obligés de rester. Et quand nous nous sommes couchés oh surprise, il y avait des trous dans...

"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. Breakfast was continental, with a good range of breads, pastries, cheese, jam, yogurts & fruits. They had some pre packaged gluten free items for my coeliac husband...

"Really close to the train station, so it was easy to get too. I had mentioned that we were put in a handicap accessible room that was not the room we booked on-line. There was no natural light as you're basically below the roof line of the restaurant that in on site. For an HC accessible room the shower was tiny, no chance someone in a WC is getting in that shower. The room itself was big, we had plenty of room to put our things and move around with no issues. That room is also next to all...

Note also the location is perfect for someone new to the city, who plans to walk the old town. Added plus is that both the taxis and hop on/hop off bus stop are directly in front of the building (because of the Aquarium)."
