"Great hotel. we asked for a runway view and the staff were more happy to give us a room facing the runway. Very clean and the swimming pool is a great as well"

"Grime around bathroom, visible damage on door, walls and furniture, no lock on bathroom door and the worst of all.......no bedside table, like where am i meant to sit my phone. Overall food and services was ok but room left too much to be discovered"

"Short stay as we had an early flight out in the morning. Straightforward check in and out and a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving too early for the main dining room. Short walk too and from the airport so ideally located. Very comfortable room."

"The hotel was good for £58 a night just before flying. The lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely when we checked in. The rooms were clean but they miss out on detailed cleaning but for one night, it isn’t an issue. Room was huge, we walked in and said ‘woah’! Very close to the airport, easy bus services that drop you off just outside the services. Also very close to multi different food places and they had their own separate car park from the services one."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but could do with a little TLC. Nothing bad with the room, just a few bits that could do with a spruce up, like the shower as an example. Staff were great, all really friendly and helpful. WiFi was also good. "

"Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. I would also recommend the owners supply bedside lights as there were none and the main light switch was over by the door. A kettle and teabags/coffee were provided in the room but no milk or water. "Instructions of room location and card key available at reception after hours. Room was clean but there was no towels available to use. There was coffee, tea and sugar sachets to use, however, there was no milk. Pretty disappointing with the omission of these basic items."
