"Beautiful bedroom very large and spacious, as was the en-suite shower room. The bed and bedding were excellent and I had a wonderful nights sleep. The water in the shower was hot and a good pressure. However the flush for the toilet was not working. "Short stay as we had an early flight out in the morning. Straightforward check in and out and a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving too early for the main dining room. Short walk too and from the airport so ideally located. Very comfortable room."

"Booked for long weekend with family. Check in was at 3pm but had to wait 2.5 for rooms to be cleaned and got access to rooms at 5:30pm. No drinks from bar no compensation offered (complained and got it later), staff were very unhelpful. Delay completely ruined break. They offered a late checkout next day as compensation so we thought we would use the pool to find that children are not allowed in the pool until late afternoon to allow club members to use the pool, awesome. "The hotel was good for £58 a night just before flying. The lady behind the desk was absolutely lovely when we checked in. The rooms were clean but they miss out on detailed cleaning but for one night, it isn’t an issue. Room was huge, we walked in and said ‘woah’! Very close to the airport, easy bus services that drop you off just outside the services. Also very close to multi different food places and they had their own separate car park from the services one."
