"Our stay was a dream come true. The hotel facilities feel like staying in a museum, full of history and beauty. The staff went above and beyond, Lucia the concierge made sure we were taken care of, she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The servers at breakfast and dinner were so kind and offer us off menu items and never stopped asking if we needed anything else. "LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!!! This hotel is a magical place to stay in the center of Cusco. The views and balcony from our room were impressionable. The dining area balcony was beautiful from the morning breakfast to the evening glass of wine. The noise is true but that is expected when staying in this area. Solution, add some white noise in your room and bring ear plugs. You'll sleep like a baby. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They made sure our breakfast was availble at 3:30am...

"After initial issues with outside noise and a move to a room far from the noise, I was given an updated modern room plus a complimentary dessert plate as a gesture acknowledging my troubles.
