"I love the location of this hotel and that it has a hot tub and pool. There are not a lot of hotels downtown with a hot tub so I always love to stay here. It is a slightly further walk to the target center and the surrounding bars, but it’s definitely still manageable! And the hotel is so charming! I love how it’s decorated!"

"Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. 8 minute walk to target field was perfect. $30 parking might be a bit much for 1 night. Overall great experience!"

"The shower was abysmal. Long dark hairs in the shower which definitely weren’t ours. The shower door kept sliding open unless you wedged something in it. Which is apparently a well known problem by the staff. The ironing board literally fell apart. The iron left some kind of weird residue on my dress, probably because it either hasn’t been properly cleaned in a while or it doesn’t have distilled water in it or both. The desk staff are very nice though. They were the best part of the stay."

"The staff was incredibly helpful in helping us get a last minute room for a big group. The suite we stayed in was perfect and incredibly spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of tables that were well spaced out. The night shift front desk worker and security guard were the best, he helped find us extra blankets and the security guard brought them all the way up to our room to drop them off for us. Would definitely come back!"

"The hotel rooms were beautiful and had ample space. The pillows were amazing. The only issue I had was having to request a breakfast coupon every day. That was inconvenient and the floor I was on did not have an ice machine. The breakfast expensive, but quite tasty."

"Conveniently located in central downtown. Easy walk to all of the stadiums. The lobby is not particularly warm and we had trouble getting our rooms on time, but the hotel is reasonably priced and the rooms we had were great."

"Great views and location. I think the rooms need to be updated, especially the bathrooms. Restaurant staff the coffee shop. Staff were very friendly. The event staff could be a little more friendly and hospitable. Definitely think that they could benefit from some training on food, allergies even basic ones like nuts and strawberries.. for that type of hotel for especially for a business convention center. I expected a higher caliber of service and Venue. Was disappointed"

"The room was clean but tiny and cramped. Only staff contact was to ask for towels because housekeeping service was every 3 days and we were only there for 3 days. Check in contact was fine. Breakfast was average but minimal. Coffee, tea and lemon water was available always in the lobby. Parking was available."

"It's hard to beat this location if you're going to go to Target Field. We were here in June for 3 days (2 nights). A lot of walkable dining options. Ballpark is a 3 minute walk. Sites like the old stone bridge are also walkable."

"I want to personally thank Douglas for making our stay enjoyable! He made sure the double rooms met my needs. When I booked the rooms online I specifically selected 2 double queen conjoined suites (which was an option per the website through Expedia), however when I called to confirm the next day another staff member advised me that the rooms I wanted couldn't be reserved. After a brief conversation she insured me that she would have 2 rooms - 1king suite and 1 double bed suite that she will...

"The property was clean and the room was also clean and comfortable . The shower water pressure was great . The location of the hotel was in a convenient spot and we even had a view of the Twins stadium."
