"This is a great guest house. My only objection was that they record a credit card in case of damage even after the room is paid. I know many places take a deposit, but this allows anyone to blame the guest for something that may have been damaged by anyone entering the room after you leave including a cleaner. And there is not a limit. Eg £100- they could potentially rob you if they wanted. The hotel itself is immaculate, great WiFi and location. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic!...

"We had a lovely time but it was a trip of two halves. The first night, we arrived back from dinner to an awful smell of cannabis on the 10th floor. This then lingered into our room and we had to endure the unpleasant smell for the night. We Informed reception who sent security to investigate. The second night was much more promising and what you would expect. Our room was brilliant, the pool and spa facilities were very enjoyable and we certainly made the most of it.
