"The room we stayed in was spotless. Overnight staff were extremely friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late at night. Breakfast was very good, and the eating area was kept clean. "Left the hotel for an event and when we returned, we found someone else in our room and our belongings had been removed from the room by hotel staff. We eventually got our room back but to have hotel staff touching our personal belongings and our room given away is unfathomable. What had started as a great weekend trip, ended up being a horrible experience."
