"Absolutely love this hotel. It's has such a great vibe and the rooms are lovely. The location is great... easy to get everywhere. Only complaint... sometimes it's a little hard to find some place to put things down... there's so much stuff in the room... otherwise don't change a thing."

"Compact room has everything you want and big picture window with a view of the bridge. Only negative is that there isn’t a lot of room for big suitcases. The Coworking space is genius Amphitheatre and long tables, banquets, couches, tv , and outdoor space too. The bar breakfast staff and area were fantastic! Justin was fantastic and so hospitable! He was helpful in recommending Thai diner for late night amazing food 10/10 hotel and staff. The matcha upstairs was fantastic too!"

"MWe enjoyed our stay at Nine Orchard! From the moment we checked in, the staff was so helpful in answering any questions we had and giving recommendations for things to do and places to see in the area. The Swan Room is amazing. The cocktails at the bar were fantastic and the bar tenders were fun to chat with. The food and atmosphere were so nice. Breakfast at the Corner Bar was also good. "I stayed 3 nights at the Artezen and really enjoyed it. The room was really nice and clean. What really stood out for me were the beautiful linens by Frette (slippers too!), which I thought was a very elegant touch. The staff is delightfully young and friendly. Also very helpful when I asked for an iron … ironing board and iron sent to the room immediately. Also, I had a VIP voucher to use at the rooftop bar, but as it was closed on Sunday night and memorial day Monday night, I couldn’t use it....

"I chose the Standard because the Moxy wasn't available. I needed to be near my son's NYU dorm on 3rd. Ave. The Standard proved to be fantastic and I will definitely return. Rudy at the front desk was really friendly and professional. The parking was explained clearly to me. Rudy gave me an upgrade to a higher floor so I'd have a fantastic view.
