"Overall a decent stay. Most staff were wonderful but a few were rude and disappointing. Amenities were great but a few flaws like steam room working poorly and no hot tub at the pool. I really appreciated the welcome alcohol and dessert but a few things were missing from the room such as bath salt and cups to brew tea."

"Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby jederzeit kostenfrei, ideale Lage mit vielen preiswerten Restaurants in der Nähe, Subway-Stationen in der Nähe, wir würden dieses Hotel wieder wählen"

"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"気になる所は特になく、ニューヨークは狭いのでしょうがないですが、窓の外を見る癖があり、どうしても窓清掃は、ニューヨークでは難しいだろうと思いました。 ojasを楽しみにしてましたが、ペアリングのコードが、無く出来なかった事くらいで、聞けて良かったと思います。 以上"

"Very comfortable stay at The Artezen. Bed and pillows gave my husband and I two very restful nights’ sleep. Room was small but checked all the boxes. Rooftop bar was fun."

My wife had to climb over me to get in and out of the bed. When we arrived and saw the room, I immediately called reception to ask to change my room for a larger one. "The service at this hotel was excellent and I felt like a welcomed quest."

"This hotel is fantastic! It’s beautiful and the staff is delightful. They have coffee and pastries every morning. For a NYC hotel, we found the room spacious with plenty of room for all of luggage, clothing, and shoes. It felt roomy."

"This is a unique hotel. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location was very convenient for catching the ferry. I would absolutely stay there again."

"Everything was wonderful, except no room service and no on site parking,"

"Absolutely beautiful and very unique hotel! A wonderful experience."

"Great staff and location but the TV situation is terrible. Very poor. Can’t stream and the existing service doesn’t work properly. Great staff and location."

"Desk personnel very helpful"
