"Everything is great here. The breakfast could use a little help. It is exceptionally clean, well maintained and easy parking. The beds are very comfortable every time. We stay here when we come to the Birmingham area for anything."

"I gave this 3 stars for several reasons. First of all, The front desk guy did not seem too thrilled to see me. the room over all was clean. I checked for bed bugs and other creepy crawlers...none. The tub was clean, so were the sink and toilet. The floors were pretty clean but, there were dust bunnies. The towels and wash cloths were clean too. The mat for getting out of the tub, had a big footprint, like a size 13. When I took it to the front desk, the guy at the desk was not happy. In all fairness, it WAS 3 in the morning and I woke him up, but he gave me a replacement. I don't know how many are employed there, but over two days, he was the only one I saw. There was a dried pile of puke, right outside my door. The parking lot was pretty clean except for that. The property seems to be in a less desirable part of town, but there were no issues with the neighborhood. It is also in the flight path of an airport, but in two days, I only heard one plane, and it was not loud. Amenities, there are none unless you count two little bars of soap. no shampoo. The Ice machine is fubar. There are spider webs all around the dispensing chute and it did not work. It didn't even seem to be on. In Summary... I paid $64 dollars a night, and that is what it was worth. It was quiet even with the one jet. There was plenty of parking, with the room right in front of my car. I got better than I expected, so that is why I gave 3 stars. You get what you pay for. The room looks just like the picture."

"Agreed to cancel 1 night on both rooms they did on one and cancelled the entire room on our second room. We still have not gotten our refund that was agreed on on the 1 night we did not stay and cancelled before our cancel deadline to get a full refund. got to breakfast at 8:00 all the food was gone, one room the air condition made a clanging noise all night could not sleep "

"There was no hot tub, it has been filled in...uears ago i presume. The pool temp was great, bit the pool room was nasty dirty with a rodent poison control box in the open. Our room was nice, except the smeel generated from the wet carpet around the AC unit. "

"The breakfast left much to be desired. The room was clean but felt old and a bit dated. I didn’t use WiFi, but I believe there is a charge for it. The beds/matesses were older and there was an obvious indentation where it had gotten the most use. The pillows were average, though too soft for me. The room overall was adequate, staff was nice, and it’s convenient to the interstate with a few restaurants nearby."
