"Great place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere close to Disneyland. There is also shopping stores around which it makes super convenient. Definitely would stay again. The room was also clean and tidy. Overall it was a good and affordable hotel. "

"As soon as I arrived, the front desk person greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. The suite room was great as advertised, with minor defects here and there, but everything worked as it should. The staff (housekeeping) was on top of their game and provided and swapped anything needed. Overall, I would recommend this place and definitely book here again."

"Room was dirty no refrigerator no microwave carpet was filthy maid came in just left towels didn’t wipe anything down restroom floor dirty we had to clean it there were teenagers outside drinking we did not feel safe the hotel smelled like weed. We will never stay here again."

"The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work. "

"Door frame was coming off and security lock was useless. Sink was clogged. Bed was horrible! The mattress had indents and was soooo uncomfortable. When we reported the damages, the owner said he was aware. Sketchy area."

"Room did not have running water. Surprised the toilet even flushed. No amenities. No shampoo or even soap to clean your hands. Outdated rooms, with little to no modernization. Looks like this place hasn’t had a remodel in years. Sketchy place and people. Very outdated equipment and I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the terrible rooms. p.s rooms smelled like cigarettes. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION 0/10"

"The reams were very clean and nice great place to stay for the price. Staff was very friendly"

"Our stay at Pepper Tree was very good. The property is a bit older so not as modern or sleak as some, but overall was pretty clean and well maintained. The only "concern" that I would say is there was a poisonous spider living in/on the table on our patio, but that's to be expected in nature."

"Location of the property is great and the rooms were neat and tidy and the staff great. Bed was a little on the harder side which is fine but I like a softer mattress. No laundry as there is a washer and dryer in the pool area which isn't convenient otherwise would definitely stay again "

"The room was clean and good size room,closed to Disneyland 8-10 mins walk and breakfast was amazing lots of choices my kids enjoy our stay in the hotel. And affordable price we highly recommend holiday inn"

"Breakfast was amazing! Great walking distance to the parks and downtown Disney. Pool was okay and housekeeping was meh. But otherwise we enjoyed our trip. "

"The alarm clock kept making noise and the bathroom door had to be slammed shut when we used it other than that it was a great place to lay your head."
