"I appreciate that the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful, unfortunately the overall condition and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. What was concerning is that even after multiple trips back and forth, these items remained in the same position, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. Breakfast was also disappointing. "Breakfast was great. Area for guests to eat was tidy and clean. Only complaint was the pillows. They were flat and didn’t hold any shape. "

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"Dirty with so much broken stuff inside the room and roaches and other moving insects in bathroom. Lot of work need to be fixed in the room. Bathroom sink leaking and need to keep the trash can below the sink. Did reported to Nathan who was at the front desk but never was attended. When reported to the morning shift person they didn't care about it though."

"Airport shuttle was helpful but you wait at the airport a long time depending on where in the route they are -but they communicated well and ride back to airport was excellent. The room was basic and small but provided what was needed for a one night stay. Breakfast was very limited continental as advertised. Sound proofing in hotel next to airport and freeway was excellent. Very quiet in room. Gym provided decent work out."

"Floor was sticky. Neither of the two windows had locks and were loose and caused a lot of noise to get through. Bed sheets were itchy, had cigarette burns on them. There was roaches… we were there less than 5 hours to sleep and next time I will sleep at the airport."

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options,...
