Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. "We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options,...

"Room smelled terrible until ran ac half hour,room was decent and for where located next to I-35 was actually quiet overall ok but for price could have not smelled and been cleaner, that being said I would stay again Staff was great"
