"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options,...

"The stay did not meet my expectations. When my son and I arrived at 9 PM, the front desk was closed, and we waited nearly two hours for the next employee to arrive. I was first given a room that was already occupied, and my key had to be reactivated multiple times. The water in the shower was extremely hot, making it difficult to bathe safely. The elevator was also out of service for several days. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. "

La habitación estaba muy sucia, el baño con moho incluso así olía la habitación;la alfombra está muy sucia y llena de pelos de animal , la piscina está fuera de servicio; en sí el hotel se ve con mal mantenimiento ,el elevador olía a pura grasa (aceite quemado) no lo recomiendo si pudiera adjuntaría fotos que tome."

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....
