"Was good for 1 day we stayed"

"I made a reservation in a non smoking room.the owner stated thst becsise I smoke i would need a smoking room. I stated thst even though I causally smoje I dont smoke in my car or room. The room had dirty linen, floor was dirty, dust everywhere and refrigerator was missing hslf the drawers. For $80.00 this was so dirty I was scared ti sleep on the bed. The room sneeked Like a ashtray"

"The hotel didn’t look anything like the pictures on Expedia. The building was rundown. The area around hotel was sketchy. The room needed a complete renovation. The bedroom wasn’t clean. No blanket on bed. We frozed all night long. The AC only had one mode so we couldn’t adjust temperature. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We had to use trash bin to flush toilet. I reserved this hotel for 3 nights. We only stayed the one night since it was pretty late to move. I lost my money for the other two nights....

"After checking in I discovered that my room had not been cleaned. I had to request new linen and was told that the room wasn’t on the list for cleaning. The room also smelled like smoke. I had a horrible experience."

"Water pressure in shower was amazing. We had handicap room with plenty of grab bars. Brought our little mini pini dog as well. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would definitely stay again."

"I was comfortable staying here but I saw a property on the decline. If they don't invest in maintenance and upkeep the place will be a dump pretty soon. I mean like when you attempt to open the closet door and it almost falls out the frame because the hinges aren't bolted to anything. It was just jammed into place to look as if it was functional. "Our room was quite dirty 😬 The bathroom had some gunk, bugs, and hair. The kitchen floors were dirty and the pull out couch is dirty as well. Under the couch there was trash and food. The extra blanket for the pull out couch had silly string all over it and the mattress cover was covered in brown and yellow splotches and hair. "The Hotel was clean and nice. The day staff especially Kayla was very good, nice and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the first room she put me in and quickly changed me to another. When checking out, the night manager seemed a little too busy when I went to check out. Overall, it was a nice place and the breakfast was very good."
