"This will definitely be my go to everytime I’m in town. I believe they have a room with a stove if I’m recalling correctly, but even if they don’t, it’s still nice and roomy with plenty amenities. And surrounding some plentiful shopping choices. "

"We had to move rooms because the burner didn’t work and microwave didn’t work. Shower was closed so tightly I couldn’t open the water. Sticky floors. Loud bathroom air filter. Low cost bedding (not cotton). No community room. No kitchen items need to buy yourself (go to the dollar store or target discount). The thing that made me leave early was the poor WiFi even after “upgrading” it was still horrible!!! Just stupid back and forth blaming the other party and couldn’t not issue a refund....

"I appreciate that the front desk receptionist was polite and helpful, unfortunately the overall condition and maintenance of the property fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, there was a trash bin left inside the elevator and a cart sitting unattended outside. What was concerning is that even after multiple trips back and forth, these items remained in the same position, which gave the impression of poor upkeep. Breakfast was also disappointing. "Wasn’t very clean. Didn’t have any shampoo or conditioner so bring your own. Didn’t smell very good either. "

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price.
