"Very close to everything we needed and very adequate free self parking in a lot rather than a garage which I personally prefer. The breakfast was not included and was a bit pricey, but I believe there is a rate that includes the breakfast. The young man that checked us in, Henry I think, said he was in training but you wouldn't know it. SO professional and very, very courteous! The hotel is in an unusual location, but the way DFW loves to grow, I doubt that will be the case for long. It was perfect and less than 10 minutes from our concert at Covenant Church."

"Swimming pool was closed the entire 9 days we were there. Manager said pool would open but never did. Also facial tissues were out the entire time."

"I recommend for a low-key hotel, with great service, hot standard breakfast, and clean rooms. My family and I rented a car, and decided to stay here due to proximity to DFW airport & because it was in the middle of the many cities (Plano, Frisco, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, etc). We also needed a room with a sofa/trundle bed, and most hotels all around Dallas did not offer this at a reasonable price. Staff always said hello and goodbye with a smile, and the breakfast bar had great options, offering so many oatmeal toppings that aren’t usually offered and delicious muffins. Loved how drip coffee was available in the lobby 24/7! The only downside was there was only one working elevator; the other was broken and did not have to wait too long, but hopefully it’ll be fixed soon! If you prioritize being central to downtown Dallas or having a hotel with more amenities and extra bells & whistles, may not be the hotel for you. Overall, I personally would stay here again for a quick trip to the area!!!"
