"2 nights no room cleaned nor advised up front that they don’t clean every day. Breakfast could use a lil more work besides bagels and cereal. The place wasn’t run down it was average."

I heard every step, cry, conversation, moan, of my neighbors and people in the halls, CLEARLY. I stayed 4 nights and had 3 different people placed in the room next to me..not sure why they kept choosing to use that room. "

"Our first room attempted was at the back of the facility and the room next to ours was all boarded shut. The room was filthy, with minimal amenities and cupboards under the sink was boarded shut. We then suggested another room which were possibly updated. It was no better. We looked through the windows before going in and he bed was not made and the pillows were on the floor."

"As one of the cheaper lodging options in the area, this hotel was fine. The rooms were clean. The bathroom is outdated and the tub was peeling. There is very little soundproofing. The check-in area smells of stale cigarette smoke, my children would not stand inside. They advertise free breakfast, but for our stay that was only Chewy granola bars, juice and coffee. We will spend a bit more and stay somewhere else on future visits."

"The property was run down I would of left but they wouldn’t give me a refund the TV didn’t work and know one came to even look at it the bathroom door must have gotten broke and they tried to fix it with a staple gun the door had a gap in it you could see outside the window had a huge break they didn’t have any curtains on the window they had a old dirty roll up shade there wasn’t a beach it was a place they people fishing dig disappointed know housekeeping they had a trash can that was over...

"Hotel smelled, room wasnt cleaned competely before i got arrived. There was a hair in my shower, walls had dirt and grim. Hard time sleeping it was loud, people were in and out of the hotel, people yelling the halls, dog barking in the next room until 2am, cars in the parking lot hanging out blaring music, it didn't get quiet until about 2:30am. "

"The room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the hotel was great for traveling with a dog. It is right by the highway and about 15 -20 minutes to the Boardwalk or First Landing State Park. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, especially Dominic at the front desk. The property itself is showing noticeable wear (ceiling, tub) and the standard room does not include a mini fridge. "Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Jacuzzi tub wouldn’t drain, toilet was stopped up, dirt all over the floor. Holes in the bathroom walls. Mini fridge and microwave were dirty. Food splattered on kitchen wall. I took pictures of stuff just in case. Room should have been a $75 room not a $175 room."

"Wouldn’t recommend staying more than a night or two. Uncomfortable bed and not well cleaned bathrooms made me feel less than satisfied with my stay. Staff was still helpful though."
